Hardly a bragging list...
Ten things I've done that you probably haven't. In whatever order I happened to think of them.
1. Gotten sick enough at the age of one to become deaf.
2. Had delusions of odd powers such as levitating a millimeter off the floor and controlling the wind right into my very earliest twenties (the last incident that springs to mind is one with winds outside my former place of work a couple of years ago).
3. Quit work to preserve my sanity because I was suffering breakdowns in which I believed the deadly sharp papers had malicious intentions toward me.
4. Had a (now ex) girlfriend try to give me a scar with a safety pin.
5. Went to school in a grade/high school with nearly two hundred years of history (the first school for the deaf in America).
6. Spun around hundreds of times without any serious dizziness (my broken inner ear balance mechanism gives me both immunity to motion-sickness and a lot of clumsiness).
7. Been so out of it that I forgot where I was and tried to publicly change my clothes. Outside. On two separate occasions.
8. Gotten a letter with Bill Clinton's (probably copy-machined) signature (some national honor society thing or whatever).
9. Suddenly realized I'm standing in the parking lot of my dentist and my mom is waiting for me to go in with her. I'm still not sure if the precluding 'daydream' of being in my school dream was for real or not.
10. Forgotten which way was up while swimming underwater. (I ended up thrashing frantically and bobbing right at the surface before righting myself enough to rise above it.)
