New hypothesis on what might make me sick
Let's just say that I'll try never again buying certain food products, and see what that does for me. The last time I got sick I'd had not it but something similar.
"Sesame bread sticks" or something like that. Indeed, I've come to the conclusion that those snack mixes and whatnot are largely crap anyway.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll just sort of be sick over here.

EDIT: You see, those snack mixes had a certain "kinda crap but peculiarly savory in a way that makes it hard to stop eating, resulting in you feeling a little queasy" quality. Kinda like Cheezits. Except that they might make me sick enough to throw up.
