A picture of my ideal reality

Metaphor flow fluidly into being and out, manifested as needed. Conversation is shaped by concepts communicated in any manner useful, completely clear and easily understood. In the background, pretty ripples accelerate things. Simple, smoothly shaped environs. A peacefulness, in which beings with indeterminate and unnamed relationships can calmly discuss millions of years of experience.

A world where the only things that matter between you and me is that you are you and I am me, and we take what actions we like to. If you and I want to spend a half-century, or two centuries, or ten minutes, flitting around romantically, and then drift apart smoothly, it simply is. No friends lovers family square-hole wedges, simply closeness of varying degrees. No "friends don't do that, family don't do that, lovers must do that".

Lasting, enduring connections are sweet and savored but not forced. People are shaped and behaved as they wish. Everyone's nice about it, of course, this is ideal. Gender's just something, more like mannerism of the choice of the moment than fixed.

Time frames are vast, with more perspective than a few harried years.

Two ambiguously gendered, smoothly shaped androids sitting quietly together. A romance in the manner of friends. A bridge smoothly curving off into the distance.

Blurred, blended lines please me and are easy on my eyes. Harsh, sharply dividing ones are not.

EDIT: I don't desire fickle relationships, simply ones where their natures are clearly understood enough to not need names, or overprotectiveness. You know that the relationship is serious enough to last, or that it needs work to become such, or that the person likes you but doesn't feel committed to you, or... And you also know clearly how you feel about the other person. In short, a reality simple to understand yet filled with infinite complexities.
