After all the frustrations I've had trying to get in contact with a therapist experienced with gender matters, I'm thinking I might just talk to my physician. As a last retort.

If they're a good doctor, they'll help you get some references, or send you to someone who can. It's part of what doctor's do.

I Guess That'd be Under the Reclaiming Lawyer Dept?

Yes, talk to those professionals who can not only tell you the mental bits you need to know about but the physical bits (like a notion that I found out from an MD that because of how the male body is made, having breasts means more strain on the heart). And much, much more.

An informed decision is always the best. From experts.
