Hmm. Do any of you actually find LJ tags useful? So far, I haven't really bothered to apply them consistently to my posts. Just wondering if anyone gets benefits from them, or would get benefits from my using them more.

I like to use them when I need to pull up the little story-fragments I sometimes write. It's good when I want to quote one when not at home.

I use them now on the theory that it will make it easier to find posts...that were posted after I started using them. Eventually I may or may not go back and tag all my old posts. *shrug*

I don't yet, because the only thing I've really gone back and tagged are recipes. But I think that in a couple of years I will be really happy I started tagging stuff.
