In a book I read recently ( that I can't remember the name of, sadly) one of the characters described life, or moments in it, as being Delicious, or Nutritious. Delicious, of course, being things that were bad for you, but fun, entertaining, and otherwise unwholesome. Nutritious were things that were good for you, but didn't necessarily feel good, have an uplifting effect, or were done for the sake of a good time.
Going to the arcade would be Delicious. Going to school would be Nutritious.
