Strained something in my lower back. Wasn't even really doing any heavy lifting, just bending in slightly funky ways. Any suggestions for dealing with this? This thing quite derailed my plans for today.
And by that I mean get something warm on the hurt spot. Massage the spot. Loff the spot.
If you don't want a gross wet towel, get a sock and fill it with rice, and then toss that in the microwave for, I dunno, some time. It'll turn into a hot sock o' rice. :D
I wouldn't mind suggestions, though, this is not the first time this has happened to me. Even if it's not as common as it is for our mom, or for Lily, apparently.
