I love that idea. That would be so awesome, to run a campaign where the "lawful good" forces are enforcing a moral order that's genuinely good for their society, but is really stifling. And instead of your "chaotic evil" PCs being the cliched murderous AWESOME DEMON DUDES, they're unseelie fae types who are going to kidnap and spank princesses, sodomize princes (who'd be willing, if they didn't have a war Daddy expected them to fight), blight crops by infecting them with hallucinogenic fungus, turn gold into crickets, and generally treat medieval heroic-fantasy civilization like a Busy Box.

The way you say that kinda reminds me of that movie, Demolition Man. One thing I never got about that movie was how he didn't come around and say, 'OMFG You destroyed America! This isn't the world I swore to protect! I'm joining the rebels!'.
