Kinda of a magical girl story, in an odd way. It contains as a supporting character someone familiar to a few of you. Once again, bear in mind that I'm rusty at writing and could use criticism. First draft and all.

Possibly odd question

This just stuck my mind. I don't recall anyone ever talking about pencils being occasionally unpleasant to use at certain angles. Like, when you hold it a certain way, you can feel it scraping in a nasty way as you write, a sort of vibration (that makes me want to grit my teeth just thinking of it). It seems to happen more when the pencil tip's more worn down. I've had to turn the pencil around so that I don't accidentally rub the bad point against the paper nearly as often, but I sometimes have to grimace while using pencils. I've also found scraping some metals to produce a similar feeling.

The main question is, does this happen to you? Is it a common experience or a rare one?
